McCoy Rockford is excited to announce Aaron Evans as its new vice president of furniture sales.
Evans joins the team with a deep passion for creating meaningful spaces and more than a decade of leadership experience in the furniture industry. Previously with Kay-Twelve, an educational furniture dealer focused on positively impacting learners, his years of experience with purpose-driven organizations have molded him into a natural fit for McCoy Rockford. The Ohio State University graduate is grateful to have worked with companies that prepared him to lead in an environment where relationships, service and integrity are prioritized.
In his new role, Evans is focused on deepening client partnerships by understanding their unique goals and delivering tailored solutions that drive results. His vision includes expanding McCoy Rockford’s presence in Austin through cutting-edge design, innovative offerings and an unwavering commitment to service.
“The future of McCoy Rockford’s Austin location is incredibly exciting,” he said. “Austin is a vibrant, rapidly growing city with a unique mix of creativity and innovation, and we are committed to contributing to that energy by creating spaces that inspire, engage and empower our clients and their teams to reach their full potential.”
Chris Erdeljac, president of workplace furnishings and architectural solutions, expressed his enthusiasm for Evans’ addition to the team.
“Aaron’s extensive background and passion for collaboration make him an incredible asset,” Erdeljac said. “His leadership will strengthen our efforts in the Austin market and bring tremendous value to our clients and team.”
In addition to his enthusiasm for cultivating strong client partnerships, Evans is committed to fostering growth within the McCoy Rockford team.
“Cultivating a culture of collaboration and growth within our own team will be a top priority,” he explained. “Empowering our sales and support teams to thrive and align with McCoy Rockford’s mission will allow us to elevate our impact in the Austin community and beyond.”
A dynamic leader, Evans said he looks forward to building on McCoy Rockford’s already impressive legacy and helping lead its efforts to create transformative spaces.
The team is focused on deepening partnerships by better understanding clients’ goals and challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs, he said. In addition, McCoy Rockford hopes to grow its presence by highlighting the value the firm offers through its innovative products, cutting-edge design and commitment to quality service.
“There are exciting things ahead,” Evans said, “and it’s a great time to be at McCoy Rockford.” When he’s not leading the Austin sales team, the Texas native enjoys collecting wine, traveling and spending time with his wife and 20-month-old daughter.
